Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily financial transactions (both incoming & outgoing)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date General Ledger records
- Prepare key financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Statement of Equity
- Develop quarterly financial projections to guide business decisions
- Conduct thorough analysis and review of financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally from the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- A keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat.
