Whatever you’re working on, what are the technical skills you’re likely to have?
- Recent graduate in Management, Accounting, Finance or similar fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical approach, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
What will be your responsibilities in this position?
- Support daily administrative operations, including document preparation, correspondence management, and archive control.
- Manage external contacts and facilitate communication with internal departments.
- Coordinate administrative processes such as absence records, vacation scheduling, and general office support.
- Support billing processes, including invoice issuance.
- Record expenses and payments in the ERP system and assist with expense processing.
- Monitor supplier records and support administrative financial controls.
