Job Summary

Environmental drilling company is seeking a Reception/Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate is driven and enjoys being challenged. They will demonstrate passion, integrity, and systematic thinking, crucial to the growth and success of our company. This is not simply data entry duties. An analytical and inquiring personality is a MUST for this position. We are a fast-growing company and need a team player to contribute to our corporate expansion.

What Is Required:

· Answer incoming calls and transfer to an appropriate party

· Greet incoming guests, clients, and employees

· Assist with various clerical and office related tasks as assigned

· Interact with clients professionally and attentively

· Assist team with other projects as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be able to proficiently use Outlook, Word, and Excel
Able to answer multi-line phone system
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Ability to independently carry-out multiple tasks from start to finish with the aptitude to anticipate and prioritize what needs to be done
Must have excellent follow-up and execution skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Demonstrate superior organizational skills with (Attention to Detail)
Must be a team player, and exhibit a good work ethic and professionalism.
Able to learn quickly on the job
Self-motivated, and organized
Positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude required
Reliable, responsible, honest, and trustworthy
Professional attitude
Prior construction experience PREFERRED
Ability to interact with field personnel effectively
Must be comfortable working a fast-paced environment

Starting Pay: $24 – $26 DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
