We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin – Government Relations to provide administrative and clerical support to our Government Relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating government-related processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Government Documentation: Prepare, review, and process official documents, permits, and licenses as required by government authorities. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Liaison & Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the company and government entities, assisting with document submissions, approvals, and compliance matters.
File & Record Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of government transactions, official communications, and legal documentation.
Follow-Up & Compliance: Track the status of applications, renewals, and approvals. Ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met in a timely manner.
Logistics Support: Assist in arranging meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office tasks related to government relations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to government-related processes.
Language Proficiency:Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external government entities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
