Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin & HR Coordinator to join our real estate company in JLT, Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in administrative tasks and human resources, with at least 2 years of experience in a real estate company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient communication and coordination between the company and real estate developers.
Oversee administrative tasks, including document management, office operations, and record-keeping.
Manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and company documents.
Assist in drafting and managing real estate contracts, tenancy agreements, and legal documents.
Coordinate with PROs for visa processing and renewals.
Handle office supplies, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an admin/HR role in a real estate company in Dubai (Real estate experience is a must).
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Hubspot).
Fluent in English.
Must be currently in Dubai and available to join immediately.
