Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

Manage all employee administration, including personal data, attendance, leave, overtime, and documentation such as employment contracts, reference letters, and warning letters.

Prepare and update HR reports, such as attendance reports, employee onboarding/offboarding data, and other HR-related records.

Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee orientation and collection of resignation documents.

Organize and maintain all HR documentation, both physical and digital, in a well-structured manner.

Manage general office administrative needs such as procurement of office supplies (stationery), uniforms, ID cards, and other work equipment.

Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR solutions that support organizational success Administration

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Administration, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

University students currently pursuing their degree and looking for an internship are also welcome to apply (because we are also opening an HR Internship position)

Enjoy administrative work and have strong attention to detail

Knowledge of HR administrative processes such as attendance, leave, BPJS, and basic payroll

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized in document management

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Highly disciplined, accurate, and capable of multitasking

Willing to Work From Office (Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
