Accounting & Office Management Associate

We’re looking for a proactive Accounting & Office Management Associate to join our team. This key role will support day-to-day operations by overseeing general office management, while assisting with accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This list provides a general outline of tasks and responsibilities you will commonly encounter in the day-to-day of this position:
Perform routine accounting tasks, including rent collections, accounts payable, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Assist with month-end reconciliation and help maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Oversee front office functions, including reception, supply management, courier coordination, mail handling, and phone triage, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and occasional team events.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems to ensure timely access to key documents.
Provide executive support to the development team, including neighborhood outreach, lane closure permits, and large-format printing needs.
Experience with Quick Books
Language: bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Multitasking: effectively prioritize multiple competing tasks.
Polished communication: professional verbal and written communication.
Temperament: a resilient, positive attitude and receptiveness to feedback are essential.
Technical skills: proficient with Excel and Word.
Experience: a minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, accounting, or property management is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
