Job Description

You will be expected to:

Take care of back office Administrative activities in China and Overseas.

Manage and train Admin team of back office section in China and overseas.

Monitor administration procedures and policies to be implemented in all offices.

Maintain a professional, safe, clean and tidy work environment.

Provide necessary office facility and equipment to our employees.

Track and manage fixed asset inventories.

Support office relocation and acquisition projects as well as improvement projects related to Admin.

Perform other missions assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

It could be you if you have:

A university graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;

Fluent English;

It Also Helps If You Are

A fast learner;

Great with people;

Worked at international company before;

A multitasker with excellent organizational skills.
