The Opportunity
As a part of the New Business Onboarding team, the Loan Closing Admin is responsible for providing support to the Manager/Director and Closing Analysts within the Department.
The Work Itself
Obtain and verify compliant insurance
Request Certificates of Good Standing
Establish and maintain electronic files
Prepare documents utilizing existing templates
Prepare executed documents for imaging/storage.
Update systems as required.
Prepare wire transfers.
Complete post-closing process within established time frames.
Work with Quality Control department to ensure compliance with policy.
The Skills You Bring
HS diploma or equivalent required.
College degree or 2 + years’ experience in financial services or similar industry is preferred.
Performs clerical, administrative and technically based activities and/or supporting tasks.
Requires proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Intermediate written and oral communication skills.
Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
