Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin & Logistic PPIC role based in Sukabumi. The role is responsible for coordinating daily administrative tasks related to production planning, inventory control, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow. The Admin & Logistic PPIC team member will prepare and maintain production schedules, update stock records, and monitor incoming and outgoing materials and finished goods. The role includes preparing documentation for shipments, coordinating with suppliers and transport vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to production and customers. The position also supports reporting on inventory levels, production status, and logistics performance to relevant internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Good Analytical Skills to review inventory data, production schedules, and logistics reports, and to help identify discrepancies or opportunities for process improvements.
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance, including document management, data entry, filing, and preparation of reports related to PPIC and logistics activities.
- Customer Service orientation to handle inquiries, follow up on delivery status, and support internal and external stakeholders with timely information.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to invoicing, cost control, and tracking logistics and inventory-related expenditures.
- Comfort using MS Office (especially Excel) and, ideally, experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Sukabumi and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain roles is an advantage.
