Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the store manager in providing comprehensive administrative support
You will support the timely delivery of rotas and ensure effective measures have been taken to support adequate staffing
You will be responsible for accurately recording planned and unplanned absences, such as leave or sickness for the team
You will be responsible for completing all new joiner and leaver forms for staff members when appropriate
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Profile
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with office management procedures
Previous use of a scheduling system
Good computer skills with proficient use of Word, Excel & Outlook
Experience of working to hard deadlines
