We Are Hiring – Admin Manager
Location: Pazundaung Township
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Saturday (Half Day)
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
-Minimum 5+ years of experience in Administration Management
-Experience in Admin Manager / Assistant Admin Manager Level is preferred
-Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
-Good knowledge of Office Administration, Facility Management and General Affairs
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Experience in developing and implementing SOP, office policies and administrative procedures
Able to manage procurement process, purchase orders and supplier coordination
-Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
-Good understanding of fixed assets, inventory control and office resource management
-Ability to prepare administrative reports and support management decision-making
-Strategic thinking with the ability to align administrative activities with company goals
-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
-Able to travel if required
Job Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage daily administrative operations of Head Office and Branches
-Develop, implement and maintain administrative policies, procedures and SOPs
-Supervise and lead the Admin Team including Admin Staff, Drivers, Cleaners and Support Staff
-Manage office facilities, maintenance, utilities and workplace environment
-Control office supplies, stationery, packing materials and company assets
-Manage procurement activities including purchase requests, purchase orders and supplier follow-up
-Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements
-Monitor and control administrative expenses, petty cash and operational costs
-Maintain fixed asset records and ensure proper asset management
-Supervise admin payment processes for Head Office & Branches
-Monitor housekeeping, security and office support services performance
-Prepare regular administrative reports for BOD
-Support company events, meetings and other administrative activities
-Perform other duties assigned by BOD / Management
