Key Responsibilities

Administration & Facilities Management

  • Manage all administrative operations for office, plant, and employee facilities.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, seating, utilities, guest houses, cafeterias, and common facilities.
  • Oversee housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, and upkeep of premises.
  • Ensure high standards of workplace hygiene, safety, and employee satisfaction.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage service providers and AMC contracts.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and service-level reviews.
  • Monitor vendor performance and drive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure timely processing and validation of vendor invoices and payments.

Employee Services

  • Manage travel, accommodation, transportation, guest house, and employee support services.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding support for new employees.
  • Drive employee engagement through administration support during events and town halls.

Security & Compliance

  • Coordinate with security teams for access control and employee safety.
  • Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, and statutory bodies whenever required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, EMS, ESG, and other organizational guidelines.

Infrastructure & Projects

  • Support office expansion, workplace modernization, and infrastructure projects.
  • Drive space utilization and workplace efficiency initiatives.
  • Lead facility improvement, renovation, and maintenance projects.

Budget & Cost Management

  • Prepare and manage annual administration budgets.
  • Track capital and operational expenditures.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
