Job Responsibility
Supervise and lead the admin team across head office and branches.
Manage day-to-day office administration including inventory control, document filing, and correspondence.
Ensure proper issuance of invoices, receipts, and coordination with the accounts team.
Oversee stock entry, warranty record keeping, and logistics coordination.
Support the sales and technical teams with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Ensure timely processing of warranty claims and spare part orders.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
Implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
Monitor customer service performance and ensure admin team delivers excellent service.
Prepare reports and assist in policy and SOP improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work under pressure.
Experience in logistics or inventory systems is an advantage.
Background in agriculture or drone industry is a plus (but not required).
