As the company continue to grow, our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an Admin & Marketing Assistant.

Responsibilities

Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients and vendors.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.

Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with relevant information.

Assist in preparing marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
