About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the smooth functioning of our Singapore office. This role is key to ensuring effective day-to-day office operations, supporting internal teams, and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration tasks including office supply management, mail handling, and equipment maintenance
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials
Support HR and finance departments with document processing and coordination
Coordinate logistics for company events, team meetings, and external visitors
Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital) and company records
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (1–3 years preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Proficient in English and Mandarin to speak with chinese stakeholders and clients.
