About The Role
As an Admin Officer in our Academic Registry, you’ll be at the heart of UA92’s student experience. You’ll support key academic processes from course development and registration to assessment and progression. Working collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues across UA92, you’ll ensure we continue to deliver an outstanding experience for every student.
Your day-to-day will be varied and engaging, from supporting academic developments and compliance, to helping manage timetabling, attendance monitoring, and student records. You’ll provide proactive and professional advice and ensure the smooth operation of our academic processes.
What we’re looking for
A degree or equivalent experience
The ability to plan, prioritise and manage a complex workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to providing an outstanding service to students
Experience working with complex rules and procedures – ideally in an HE or FE setting
