🚀 We're Hiring — Admin & Operations Coordinator
Nexar Group – Maintenance Division | Dubai, UAE
This is not a basic admin role.
This is an operations control role.
We're looking for a smart, reliable, highly organized coordinator who can run the back office of a growing Dubai maintenance and fit-out company — dispatching teams, tracking every job to completion, handling clients before and after the work, and making sure every job gets billed properly.
You will be the central nervous system of our operation.
What you'll own:
🔹 Dispatching daily jobs to technicians and supervisors 🔹 Planning routes and schedules across Dubai 🔹 Tracking every ongoing and completed job 🔹 Communicating with clients before, during, and after each job 🔹 Preparing quotations, invoices, and job reports 🔹 Organizing LPOs, receipts, and site documents 🔹 Tracking payments and pending invoices 🔹 Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
What we're looking for:
✓ UAE experience in maintenance, fit-out, or technical services ✓ Strong English communication (mandatory) ✓ Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and basic office software ✓ Experience with Jobber, Odoo, or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage ✓ Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a strong follow-up mindset ✓ Calm under pressure — solution-oriented, not panic-prone ✓ Takes ownership — not "task-based" working

❌ Office workers who wait to be told what to do next ❌ "It's not my job" thinkers ❌ Anyone who forgets a task once they've left the office for the day
The package:
💼 Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (based on experience and capability) 🏥 Standard UAE employment benefits as per UAE Labour Law 📈 Real ownership of operations — not a desk-bound clerical role 🚀 Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role as the division expands
