We’re currently seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves managing inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, scheduling appointments, and supporting the office with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Schedule appointments and coordinate daily routes
Manage office correspondence, including email and mail
Maintain organized filing systems
Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks, if needed
Support other staff with administrative tasks as requested

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
