The Data & Admin Support role will involve administrative tasks that assist our sales team with post-analytics and tracking direct mail marketing performance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, quick learning, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with administrative tasks and Excel. You’ll play a key role in supporting the back end of sales cycles and campaign execution.

About the Role:

As Data & Admin Support, you will assist the sales team by managing data, operating within our CRM, setting follow-ups, and processing marketing campaigns. You’ll generate reports, assist customers with product knowledge, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Attention to detail, quick learning, and an affinity for working with small teams are essential for success in this role.

Skills required and responsibilities:

· Process reports and manage sales data to ensure accuracy.

· Extensive data entry and database management

· Coordinate with departments to maintain communication between sales and clients.

· Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

· Evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and sustainability.

· Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, including follow-ups and meeting details.

· Send packets via FedEx & UPS.

· Utilize CRM platform (Kintone) for order management, data selection, and post-analytics reports.

· Assist clients by explaining programs, addressing questions, and providing exceptional customer service.

· Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and foster a positive work environment.

· Maintain a professional attitude and consistently demonstrate strong communication skills.

· Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.

· Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, and Excel.

· Work independently and as part of a team with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.

· Adapt quickly to new information and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Data Entry, Excel, CRM a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build positive relationships.

Position Offer:

· Start date: 3/1/25

· $47,000 – $52,000 annually (based on experience)

· Inside Office Position M-Thurs. (Remote Friday’s)

· 40 hours a week

Training & Performance:

Train alongside the administrative team, with guidance on navigating all platforms.

Receive 30, 60, and 90-day performance reviews to assess fit and progress.

Monthly objectives will be set to ensure alignment with company goals.
