Admin / Reception / Gifting Jobs in Saint Petersburg, FL at New Hotel Collection

We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant to support our residential property in downtown Boston, MA. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Assisting residents and vendors over the phone and in-person.
Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Processing work orders and coordinating inspections.
Assisting the Property Manager with leasing and recertifications.
Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the property.

The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills will also be key to success in this role.

Previous administrative experience in an office setting is required; experience in property management would be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Bilingual English/Cantonese is preferred.
