We’re looking for a vibrant and organized Administrator & Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line support to our staff and visitors and playing a vital part in the smooth running of our office operation. The position is based in our CBD office and is a full-time position Monday to Friday.

Administration Officer
Key Duties and Responsibilities
·      Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
·      Handle key administrative tasks, from updating records and invoices to managing mail and courier services.
·      Responsible for general administration, communication and liaison with the property management, agency and local government.
·      Responsible for the general logistics including maintenance and management of office fixed assets, and stationaries.
·      Keep the reception area and meeting room organized, stocked, and well-presented.
·      Liaise with insurance agents, document and manage insurance agreements and claims.
·      Be responsible for hospitality arrangements for visiting guests.
·      Organise and coordinate company/staff events.
·      Be responsible for work health & safety representative.
·      Undertake ad-hoc tasks and help keep everything running seamlessly.
Qualifications
·       Tertiary qualifications major in business, management, media or translation.
·       2 years or above experience in an administrative role.
·       Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
·       Must hold a valid driving license.
·       Excellent documentation, highly proficient in MS Office and general computing skills.
·       Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
·       Being flexible and adaptable to environments with shifting priorities.
·       Having the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
·       Possessing a positive attitude, and having a willingness to learn.
