Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. As part of the Admin & Sales team, responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, liaising with customers to provide excellent service, and supporting sales operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless order processing, assisting in financial record management, and analyzing customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Proactive communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance to efficiently handle operational tasks and coordination work.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while collaborating with team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
