Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for office supplies and branch billing
- Manage helpdesk services related to facility needs and daily branch operations
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper condition of office facilities
- Administer and record company assets, including data updates and usage monitoring
- Handle document archiving, inventory management, and daily administrative tasks
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail
- Monitor after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide introductory product information and explain product manuals to new customers
- Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot product or service issues
