Key Responsibilities:

Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office.
Answer and Direct Calls: Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department. Take accurate messages when necessary.
Maintain Reception and Supplies: Keep the reception area clean & organized .
Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed. Ensure that essential office supplies are readily available for employees.
Handling Mail and Packages: Receive and distribute incoming mail / packages and coordinate outgoing mail and shipments.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Customer Service: Address inquiries from clients and visitors courteously and professionally, providing information or directing them to the appropriate person.
Assist with Special Projects: Occasionally assist with special projects or tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Previous experience with Business Central is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
