Key Responsibilities:
Outsourcing Coordination:
Manage and coordinate outsourcing processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
Handle vendor management and contract negotiations
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the outsourcing process
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience in outsourcing and vendor management
Strong administrative skills
Communication:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
