Job Profile
The T-Sure Admin Staff reports directly to the T-Sure Manager. The position is primarily responsible for the various admins tasks and for preparation of daily KPIs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.      Take charge of the various admin tasks for the Department and maintenance of office supplies
2.      Prepare inter office letters and other administrative documents
3.      Maintenance of the Inventory Management Control Board
4.      Provide assistance in the preparation of appraisals, Purchase Orders, Sales Proposals and other purchase related documents
5.      Prepare vehicle registration’s transfer of ownership and renewal of registrations
6.      File and safe keep vehicle documents and other related documents
7.      Prepare daily KPI reports, and month-end reports of TMBC dealerships
Desired Qualifications – Education / Experience / Skills Required
·        Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
·        Relative work experience is preferred but not required
·        Good verbal and written communication skills
·        Customer-oriented and results-driven
·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
·        Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
·        Ability to work independently or under minimal supervision
