Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing messages
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems
Provide customer support via email and chat platforms
Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Conduct research and gather information on various topics
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all participants are informed
Manage social media accounts and online presence
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office space
Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed
