We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This position requires a blend of clerical skills, customer support, and effective time management to maintain an efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and operate phone systems effectively to ensure clear communication.
Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Organize office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Act as a personal assistant to senior management, scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and communication.
Ensure that all computerized systems are updated and functioning correctly.
Greet customers and create invoices
Process vehicle registration and title transfers

Skills

Proficiency in phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for proofreading tasks.
Experience in customer support with a focus on providing high-quality service.
