- Support daily activities of the Team Leaders and project teams
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, setup virtual meetings via Teams
- Receive guests and arrange meeting rooms, refreshments and presentations
- Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation
- Coordinate the availability of resources, equipment, and materials required for project execution
- Coordination and compilation of bid documents, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications, preparation of presentation materials, reports, specifications, fee & submission proposals for the project team
- Monitor and track status of projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
- Any other admin tasks assigned by Team Leaders
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Previous experience in supporting engineering project teams is preferred
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to start work immediately or within short notice is highly advantageous
