  • Support daily activities of the Team Leaders and project teams
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, setup virtual meetings via Teams
  • Receive guests and arrange meeting rooms, refreshments and presentations
  • Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation
  • Coordinate the availability of resources, equipment, and materials required for project execution
  • Coordination and compilation of bid documents, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications, preparation of presentation materials, reports, specifications, fee & submission proposals for the project team
  • Monitor and track status of projects
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
  • Any other admin tasks assigned by Team Leaders

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Previous experience in supporting engineering project teams is preferred
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to start work immediately or within short notice is highly advantageous
