Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
– Front desk management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
– Schedule management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff members.
– Team management: Assist in managing office staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed.
– Phone etiquette: Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
– Administrative support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
– Office management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the office is clean and organized.
– Vendor management: Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
– Supervising: Oversee the work of support staff to ensure efficient operations.
Experience:
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
– Knowledge of medical office management is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred.

Pay: $19.22 – $20.51 per hour
