Position: Admin Support Staff / Assistant
**(a) Admin Support Staff
– Contract Period: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025
– Operating hours:
Mondays to Thursdays – 6.45am to 3.45pm (including a 30 minutes lunch break)
– Fridays – 6.45am to 3.15pm
** Scope of service**:
– Manning the office counter and answering enquiries
– Calling absentees parents to find out reasons for absence
**(b)
** Admin Assistant
– Contract Period: 2 April 2024 to 1 April 2025
– Operating hours:
Mondays to Thursdays – 8am to 5pm (including a half hour break)
– Fridays – 8am to 4.30pm (including a half hour break)
** Scope of service**:
– Perform customer service duties at the reception desk
– Answering calls and attend to walk-ins
– Print examinations papers, assessment papers, worksheets etc
– Record incoming and outgoing mails
– Assist requests from students and staffs of the school
– Filing of documents
– Handling of other admin duties as assigned
** Requirements**:
– Minimum ‘N’ level qualification
– Good customer service skills
– Experienced handling admin works
– Computer literacy in MS Word and MS Excel

Salary Range
**:
$1.8k to $2.4k
