About this Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized and proactive person to join our Admin team!

This is a minimum 1.5-year role to cover for a parental leave — with the aim to continue afterwards as a permanent team member.

You’ll wear a few different hats:

Administrative Assistant

Team Operations Coordinator (interface between teams)

In short, you’ll help keep the company running smoothly, make sure all the moving parts between different teams stay connected, and support ongoing projects.

What will you do as Admin & Team Assistant?

Administrative Support

Handle ad hoc admin & compliance tasks. For example, enrolling the company in required programs, coordinating document translations or updating workspace tools like Notion.

Organize and store important documents (tax files, contracts, compliance records) in Google Drive.

Arrange team celebrations and morale-boosting initiatives, as well as occasional travel arrangements for team members.

Email Management

Oversee and manage our central email inboxes on a daily basis

Assign incoming emails to the right people and track resulting tasks to ensure completion.

An Occasional Eye on the Numbers

Assist our accounting team with some supporting tasks.

This role is for your if:

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things moving

You feel confident using Google Sheets and comfortable with general admin tools (like Google Drive and Notion)

You have a proactive, hands-on attitude (we’re a small team — everyone counts!)

You have experience or interest in operations and project coordination

You’re a natural communicator who loves being the bridge between different people and teams

You have some knowledge of basic accounting (desirable but not mandatory)

Extra points if you speak German 🙂
