Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
Shortlist potential candidates for further interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates and interviewers.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records in a systematic manner.
Ensure all employee files are up-to-date and complete.
Organize and manage employee files and other HR-related documents.
Update employee data regularly in the HR database/system.
Assist with various HR activities such as onboarding, orientation, and training sessions.
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in managing fundamental accounting tasks, including journal entries and recording prepaid expenses related to employee expenses.
Manage office supplies and support other administrative duties as needed.
Provide administrative support to the HR departments as required.
Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and maintain office documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers with a keen interest in HR and administrative functions can apply
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
