Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed and growing Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Bilingual office assistant who is customer service driven and extremely organized.

The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly professional team that is constantly striving to improve and support each other. A office assistant performs a wide range of clerical functions and administrative duties specifically related to the overall office operations that include, but not limited to areas such as data entry and administrative assistance.


  • One to two years of experience in office administration operations or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills
