Statutory Compliance

Manage and monitor the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Please stay updated on the changes in legislation and make the necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

Prepare and file necessary statutory documents, returns, and reports accurately and on time.

Maintain comprehensive compliance records, including permits, licenses, and certifications.

Liaise with government agencies and external regulatory bodies as needed.

Conduct internal audits to assess compliance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programs for employees.

General Administration

Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed.

Handle general office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Manage and organize company records, both physical and digital.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with onboarding of new employees.

Manage purchase requests and maintain records

Qualifications And Experience

Any other administrative tasks as required by the management.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related discipline is preferred.

4 to 5 years of proven experience in administrative roles with a strong focus on statutory compliance.

Solid understanding of statutory compliance procedures and regulations.

Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and recordkeeping systems.

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
