Job DescriptionGeneral Description:
Utilizing a broad range of skills, this position will coordinate all of the administrative aspects of commercial
construction projects from inception through completion. Responsible for providing support to all project
managers, accounting, and field operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer payment applications and invoicing
Contract administration i.e.: submittals, RFC, change orders…
Contract coordination
Lower-tier payment application
Customer specific systems
Project management support ie: plan uploads, field communication, contract folders
Accounting system: Create/edit jobs, budgets, contracts, lower-tier contracts
Manage purchase order system for job cost
Job cost auditing
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum One-year Experience In Construction Industry.
Required knowledge of Microsoft office suites, project related software.
Computer ease and Plan Grid a plus.
Requires a highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who can work in a team
environment, and has a positive, pleasant, professional, approachable demeanor.
Strong verbal communication, organizational skills, and detail oriented a must
