In this role as an Administration assistant, you will be responsible in meticulously processing policy documents and offering invaluable support to Insurance Brokers by overseeing client insurance policies and aiding in account management.

Main responsibilities include: Data entry for policy processing documents, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with teams to gather comprehensive information for incomplete policy documents Review and correct policy data to ensure accuracy Provide administrative support in a timely and precise manner, including managing invoices, generating quotes, handling premium calculations, and overseeing client debtor management. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by effectively prioritizing and managing workload.
