Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain purchase order and related logs with accuracy and

attention to detail

.

– Process purchase orders efficiently using computer systems.

– Manage attendance timesheets to ensure accurate records.

– Maintain various data records within our ISO

9001 systems.

– Assist with adhoc typing and filing tasks as needed.

– Prepare special delivery advice paperwork and distribute to relevant departments and customers.

– Process sales orders and handle sales invoicing.

– Maintain spreadsheet records for regular management reports.

– Handle incoming and outgoing post.

– Assist with purchase ledger and debit note processing.

– Answer the switchboard and direct calls as necessary.

– Ensure compliance with current legislation and company Environmental, Health & Safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with strong verbal and written

communication

abilities.

– Previous administration experience in a

fast-paced

manufacturing environment is preferred.

– Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Flexibility

to adapt to changing work patterns and business demands.

– Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and support team members.

– Proficiency in computer skills, particularly spreadsheets, and demonstrated organisational abilities.

– Proactive attitude with a commitment to
