About The Position.As a Admin Assistant in a contract position you will be responsible for general administrative duties to help support the team and providing a high level of customer service.
DUTIES.
General administrative duties to support the team
Data management and investigation
Customer service and responding to email correspondence
Processing payments/refunds
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Local Government experience is desirable
Experience using Authority and MS Suite
Knowledge or experience of parking infringement matters
