Key Accountabilities:

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the technical team. Your responsibilities will include:

Formatting of detailed reports and other documents

Assisting with the preparation of tenders and proposals

Coordinating staff events

Managing conference bookings; including travel arrangements, promotional items and booth coordination

Ad hoc administrative support including boardroom preparations, answering phones and maintaining suppliers and memberships

About You:

2-3 years experience in a similar role

High level of computer proficiency, with advanced Microsoft Word

Exceptional attention to detail

Outstanding time management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Initiative and a proactive mindset

A good sense of humour and a positive outlook
