Lifecare is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a Full-time role working to support our Allied Health team in Canning Vale.

You will be providing responsive and efficient clerical services to team members and to the general public, including telephone and email communication; Setting up new patients records on our data base and allocating to practitioners, including making bookings where required; Maintaining appropriate storage of records; Ensuring statistical data is loaded accurately and in a timely manner and reports are generated and stored as required;

This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.
