Responsibilities:
Logging incidents for all customer interactions and updating with the relevant information
Sage One Online Tasks, such as supplier Purchase orders, invoicing and remittances.
Opening tickets and informing Technicians of all project requests where required.
Scan and copy
Answering telephone- Screen and direct phone calls
Filling and general office upkeep
Following up on queries etc.
Act as the point of contact between the company and clients
Handle requests and queries
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Source office supplies
Personal Admin for the two directors
Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience with references
Knowledge/ Training on Pastel Sage One
Knowledge in MS Office (Especially Excel)
Excellent typing skills (60wpm)
Plan and organize work with minimum supervision.
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask
Prioritize daily workload
Discretion and confidentiality
Good verbal and written communications skills
Position available immediately.
