The Role
This is a new, part time – 28 hours per week, role to provide day-to-day administration support to the Strategic Communications and Marketing directorate at the University of London.
We work in a fast-paced environment so are looking for someone who is highly organised and able to manage multiple activities and complete tasks to a high standard within an agreed timeframe. The successful candidate will be confident and effective working on their own initiative and a strong team player. You’ll be able to quickly and effectively solve problems and be a good communicator both verbally and in writing. You’ll also be confident dealing with people at all levels.
To apply for this role you must have significant and recent experience of using the full suite of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint. Experience using content management, finance or HR systems or databases would be desirable.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
