Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administration Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of relevant office or customer service experience who thrives in a remote environment and is confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, live chat enquiries, and correspondence professionally and promptly
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and maintain team calendars
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence as required
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and internal records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Meet individual KPIs for response times, accuracy, resolution rate, and customer/team satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant administrative, customer service, or office support experience
  • Year 12 certificate or equivalent; further study or relevant qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Patient, empathetic, solutions-focused, and able to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
