About the role

Reporting to, and work closely with the Head of People and Operations you will simply thrive in this positive, integrity driven environment. Support a Leader who will give you guidance, autonomy, mentorship, kindness and the opportunity to learn and grow. You will play a vital part in managing the day to day administration for your direct manager, as well as the wider team, including providing some additional support to the Chief Executive Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support and assist in the day to day administrative needs for the team

Confidential diary and email management, flagging urgent items

Preparation of routine correspondence, documents and reports

Preparation of all new employee onboarding documentation, processes and systems

Relief reception duties

Meeting coordination – booking rooms, organising catering

Data entry and database management including maintaining the company HRIS

Be the first point of contact for the HR team and the CEO (but no gatekeeping! This is a team who are approachable and accessible!)

Support policy and procedures updates

Digital filing

Expense claim reporting

Skills and Experience

Attention to detail is an important competency for this role – you have a meticulous and detail orientated approach to working

You remain calm and composed even on days when there is a lot going on and priorities are shifting
