Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, for its new in-house Beauty Division has an exceptional career opportunity available in Singapore for a talented Administration Assistant in the APAC office.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, plan, and communicate with Internal & External stakeholders are crucial.

Role & Responsibilities

Executive Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.

Prepare and submit travel and expense claims in a timely manner.

Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Office Operations & Administration:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and well-maintained working environment.

Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels of necessary items (e.g., pantry items, office materials).

Handle reception duties, greet guests, and visitor management/inquiries.

Collaborate with vendors for pantry restocking and office maintenance services.

Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and other ad-hoc functions.

Manage general office filing, document organization, and administration tasks.

Key Requirements & Competencies

Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, exercise discretion and hands-on.
