Hays Business Support is delighted to be partnering with a growing local organisation to support with their ongoing temporary requirements within their Business Support team within their Perth office. They are seeking experienced administrative professionals to join their team to support the growth of the business.
Your new role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to wider teams and stakeholders
Provide first-class customer service both via telephone and written means
Support finance staff with daily reconciliation and processes
Maintaining accurate client/customer information on company CRM system
Managing sales order process and ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
Draft reports monitoring business operations and improvements
IT support
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in an administrative or customer service position
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
Experience with data reporting and financial documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience liaising with executives and supporting with administrative tasks
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
