The Firm
A leading Legal 500 firm are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their busy and growing team in their City of London office.
The Role
The successful Administration Assistant will provide a range of administrative and file management tasks to the firm’s busy Tax team.
Duties
to include:
Assisting with client onboarding procedures
Preparing documents, letters and invoices
Assisting with billing processes
Assisting with processing expenses
Diary management where needed
General administrative duties such as scanning, filing and photocopying
This Administration Assistant opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 7pm
Required experience
CILEX or an administration qualification (desirable)
Previous administration experience within a law firm (desirable)
