Role Description
This is a part-time office based role for an Administration Assistant located in our head office, Portglenone, Co Antrim. Please note this is a part time (16hr) position with flexibility over how the hours are spread over the week. There is also the opportunity for the role to grow and evolve increased responsibility and hours added as you settle into the position.
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support including:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintaining office systems
Record keeping and document control
Use of outlook, excel and word
Dealing with incoming email and post
Providing support to our project teams, such as ordering materials
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Prior experience in administration role in a construction/civil engineering industry preferred
Experience of statutory Health and Safety inspection requirements and record keeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Experience in a professionally using social media is a plus, but not required
